Fanglewurzle as a concept isn't about punching out daily reviews for the masses. We don't cater to the same crowds that visit other review sites looking for the new exclusives or the hot topics as we can't offer the same day to day content that many of the larger paid review sites can. It's always been our firm belief that a review should be something you take pride in, something that should at some level bring you joy which in turn enables you to write a better quality of review and continue doing what you love. While the trade off is that our reviews on general are more sporadic than most, the quality of our content is inevitably higher as we write and review about things we feel passionate about without feeling the pressure of writing up a review of the big new movie, or the next big game.

In being able to choose our reviews and set our own timetables we pick our sources, normally things we've come across that are either niche, old or obscure, and review them because of the emotion they evoke. There are no payrolls or deadlines, only people writing about what makes them happy. At the same time if you happen to want to review a new product, be it film or game, it's wonderful, and undoubtedly shall be accepted with the kind of relish you'd expect, but the point of the site is to enjoy writing that review.
